 These are the unwritten rules of poker. For a beginner they probably won't be noticed immediately so we are here to help you avoid awkward and embarrassing moments (or simple glances of hatred from the other players around the table).

Toking
Toking is the poker word for tipping. When winning the pot you're expected to tip the dealer. These tips are a large part of the dealers' income. The amount of the tip is determined by the betting limits and the size of the pot.

Turn
the game goes clockwise and each player goes in turn. Even if you know after a bet is made, that you're going to fold, wait for your turn to come in order to do it!

Cards
Put your cards on the table…meaning, not for other players to see your hand, but in order to keep the integrity of the game.

Talking
The amount and content of talking at a poker table varies. One thing is always the same: you do not discuss hands, doing that can give another player an unfair advantage.
